Jada Next Level Sweepstakes

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.

1. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD

The Jada Next Level Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") begins on November 3, 2026, at 12:00 AM Pacific Time ("PT") and ends on November 6, 2026, at 11:59 PM PT ("Sweepstakes Period").

Entries submitted before or after the Sweepstakes Period will not be eligible.

3. ELIGIBILITY

The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry.

Employees, officers, directors, and representatives of the Sponsor, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotional agencies, and their immediate family members or household members are not eligible to participate.

The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

4. HOW TO ENTER

During the Sweepstakes Period, eligible participants may enter by visiting https://www.jadanextlevel.com/pages/sema and completing the online entry form with the required information.

Participants must provide their [FULL NAME, EMAIL ADDRESS, SHIPPING ADDRESS, AND OTHER REQUIRED INFORMATION] to be considered eligible. Winner will be notified via email for additional information. 

Limit: 1 entry per person and/or household during the Sweepstakes Period. Multiple entries exceeding the stated limit may be disqualified.

NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER. Participants are not required to purchase any product or service from the Sponsor to participate or win. The purchase of any product will not increase the chances of winning.

5. PRIZES

The following prizes will be awarded during the Sweepstakes:

• Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $250.00

Prizes are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash or substituted, except at the Sponsor's discretion. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if a listed prize becomes unavailable.

All prize details are subject to availability.

6. WINNER SELECTION

Winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

The drawing will take place on or about 11/09/2026.

The number of winners will correspond to the available prize quantities listed in Section 5. 

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

The Sponsor's decisions regarding the selection of winners and administration of the Sweepstakes are final, subject to applicable law.

7. WINNER NOTIFICATION

Potential winners will be notified via the email address provided at the time of entry within 2 business days following the drawing.

Potential winners may be required to respond within 48 HOURS of notification and provide any requested information necessary to verify eligibility and arrange prize fulfillment.

If a potential winner does not respond within the specified timeframe, cannot be contacted, is determined to be ineligible, or fails to comply with these Official Rules, the Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify that individual and select an alternate winner through a random drawing.

The Sponsor is not responsible for unsuccessful notification attempts due to incorrect or outdated contact information, spam filters, or other technical issues outside its control.

8. PRIZE FULFILLMENT

Prizes will be shipped to verified winners using the shipping address provided or confirmed during the winner verification process.

Shipping costs will be covered by the Sponsor unless otherwise stated in the prize description.

The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, delayed, stolen, or damaged shipments once prizes have been transferred to the shipping carrier, except as otherwise required by law.

Prizes are not redeemable for cash and cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged.

9. TAXES

All federal, state, and local taxes associated with the acceptance and use of a prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.

Winners may be required to provide additional information or complete applicable tax documentation before receiving their prize.

10. GENERAL CONDITIONS

By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor.

The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry process, violating these Official Rules, attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes, or acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.

The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, unauthorized intervention, or other circumstances compromise the integrity or proper operation of the Sweepstakes, subject to applicable law.

The Sponsor is not responsible for technical issues, network interruptions, website malfunctions, incomplete entries, or other errors that may prevent participation.

11. RELEASE OF LIABILITY

By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, representatives, and agents from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize, except where prohibited by law.

Nothing in these Official Rules excludes any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

12. PUBLICITY

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for the Sponsor to use the winner's first name, last initial, city, and state for promotional and marketing purposes without additional compensation.

Any additional use of a winner's image, likeness, or other personal information will be subject to applicable law and any required consent.

13. PRIVACY

Information collected from participants will be used to administer the Sweepstakes, verify eligibility, notify winners, and fulfill prizes.

Entry into the Sweepstakes does not require consent to receive promotional emails or marketing communications. Any marketing subscription must be optional and separate from Sweepstakes entry. Participants may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time without affecting their eligibility.

14. DISPUTES AND GOVERNING LAW

Except where prohibited by law, all disputes arising out of or relating to this Sweepstakes will be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.

Any legal proceedings shall be brought in the appropriate courts located in Los Angeles County, California, subject to applicable law.

Requests must be received within 90 DAYS following the end of the Sweepstakes Period.

16. NO AFFILIATION

This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, X, or any other social media platform used to promote the Sweepstakes.

By participating, entrants release these platforms from any responsibility or liability related to this Sweepstakes.
