WHEN WILL I BE CHARGED?
You will be charged immediately after placing the order. Orders will ship within 3-7 business days.
WILL I BE CHARGED SALES TAX?
We are currently required to collect sales tax in the following states: Arkansas, California, Florida, Minnesota, New York and Washington.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
Jada Next Level accepts all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club. We also accept alternative payment methods including PayPal, Venmo, Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Currently, we are only shipping within the contiguous United States.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
In-Stock orders will ship within 3-5 business days after order is placed. You will receive a shipping notification once your item leaves our warehouse.
Convention Exclusives: Our standard processing time is typically 3–5 business days. However, due to the high volume of orders for convention exclusives, processing may take up to 10 business days. We appreciate your patience and understanding as our team works hard to fulfill all orders as quickly as possible.
DO YOU SHIP TO A P.O. BOX?
We are unable to ship to a P.O. Box and your order may be canceled if you are unable to provide us with an alternate shipping address.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER, IF I CHANGE MY MIND?
We can cancel your order anytime before it is shipped. Once it ships we will be unable to stop the order. Once you receive the product, you can initiate a return. See Refunds.
