WHEN WILL I BE CHARGED?
You will be charged immediately after placing the order. Orders will ship within 5-7 business days. 

WILL I BE CHARGED SALES TAX?
We are currently required to collect sales tax in the following states: Arkansas, California, Florida, Minnesota, New York and Washington. 

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
Jada Next Level accepts all major credit cards. 

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Currently, we are only shipping within the contiguous United States. 

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
In-Stock orders will ship within 5-7 business days after order is placed. You will receive a shipping notification once your item leaves our warehouse.

DO YOU SHIP TO A P.O. BOX?
We are unable to ship to a P.O. Box and your order may be canceled if you are unable to provide us with an alternate shipping address.
